SHIPPING + RETURNS
SHIPPING: Exact domestic and international shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Most items ship for between $20-$50 across North America. Orders ship on Tuesdays and Fridays (excluding holidays) via Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number after your order ships. You are not responsible for lost or damaged items that are being shipped by Eski Design to you. In the event that this occurs, you will receive a store credit towards another item.
Local Pick-Up is free.
Duties are not included in the shipping charges and are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: All rugs sold by Eski Design are vintage and therefore pre-owned. Wear, discolouration, repairs and other imperfections are celebrated and considered normal, not defects. All of our rugs are professionally cleaned. If you don't love your rug, contact us within 7 days of receipt to process an exchange for a store credit. The purchase of an item that is on sale for 20% or more is considered clearnance and final sale. Shipping costs and duties are not refundable and the rug must be returned in the same condition you received it in order to receive a store credit. Eski Design is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments and we do recommend shipping your returned item with a trackable service, as well as insuring the shipment for the full value of the item.
To process an exchange, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your intent to exchange your order. Include in the email the order number. Once received, we will ask you to ship the item to us and email us the tracking number. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection (a rejection can occur if the item is not returned in its original condition) of your exchange. If approved, we will issue you a gift card containing a store credit equal to the price paid for the returned item.
